Responsibility
- Operate, monitor, and maintain electrical power distribution systems, ensuring uninterrupted power supply to critical infrastructure.
- Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance on UPS systems, generators, and backup power solutions.
- Oversee the functionality of HVAC equipment and chiller plants to maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in the implementation of Fire Detection and Suppression Systems (FDAS) and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Document maintenance activities, system performance, and incident reports for audit and improvement purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support facility upgrades, expansions, and emergency response plans.
- Adhere to industry standards, company policies, and local regulations for facility operations.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer (or eligible for licensure) in Indonesia.
- Basic knowledge of electrical power systems, HVAC, and mechanical equipment used in data centers or industrial facilities.
- Familiarity with UPS, generators, chiller plants, and FDAS is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work in shift-based schedules and respond to on-call duties as needed.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.
