Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions to automate repetitive and rule-based processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define process improvements.
- Integrate cognitive automation technologies (AI, ML, NLP) with RPA to enhance decision-making and efficiency.
- Conduct process analysis and feasibility studies to assess automation potential and ROI.
- Monitor and maintain automated workflows, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Provide training and support to end-users on RPA tools and best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in automation, AI, and robotic process technologies.
- Document technical specifications, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in RPA development (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
- Strong programming skills in Python, .NET, or Java for automation scripting.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cognitive automation tools.
- Experience with process mining, workflow analysis, and business process optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional) is a plus.
