Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and oversee the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework in alignment with FELDAâs strategic objectives.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize key risks (financial, operational, compliance, and strategic) across the organization.
- Lead risk assessment workshops and provide actionable insights to senior management and the Board.
- Monitor emerging risks, regulatory changes, and industry trends to proactively mitigate potential threats.
- Collaborate with internal audit, compliance, and business units to ensure integrated risk management practices.
- Design and deliver risk awareness training programs to foster a risk-aware culture.
- Prepare and present risk reports, dashboards, and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Ensure compliance with local and international risk management standards (e.g., ISO 31000, Basel III).
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field. A Masterâs degree or professional certification (e.g., FRM, CRM, PRM) is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in risk management, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing ERM frameworks in the banking, financial services, or agricultural sector.
- Strong knowledge of risk management standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in risk management tools and software (e.g., RSA Archer, MetricStream).
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and drive change management initiatives.
