Responsibility
- Test and characterize RF performance of MMIC designs, including test setup, calibration, and methodologies.
- Design and develop RF circuits and systems for high-frequency applications.
- Create and execute comprehensive test plans to validate RF performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF solutions into broader systems.
- Analyze test data and provide insights to improve RF design and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in RF technology and apply them to projects.
- Document test procedures, results, and design specifications.
- Support troubleshooting and debugging of RF-related issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in RF testing, characterization, and circuit design.
- Proficiency in RF test equipment (e.g., network analyzers, spectrum analyzers).
- Strong understanding of MMIC design and high-frequency circuit principles.
- Experience with RF simulation tools (e.g., ADS, HFSS, or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
