Responsibility
- Develop and maintain accurate 2D and 3D CAD models using AutoCAD and Revit for architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints in compliance with project specifications and local regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to review and refine designs for feasibility and efficiency.
- Ensure all drawings and documentation adhere to industry standards, codes, and best practices.
- Manage and organize project files, revisions, and version control to maintain clarity and accessibility.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot design issues to resolve discrepancies or conflicts in drawings.
- Stay updated with the latest CAD software advancements and industry trends to enhance productivity and innovation.
- Assist in site visits and coordination to verify as-built conditions and implement necessary adjustments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a CAD Specialist, Drafter, or similar role in architecture, engineering, or construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (advanced level) is mandatory; familiarity with SketchUp, 3ds Max, or BIM 360 is a plus.
- Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP drafting principles.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering plans.
- Excellent attention to detail and spatial awareness to ensure accuracy in designs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Indonesia (preferred but not required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
