Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of RCM specialists, ensuring adherence to best practices and performance metrics.
- Oversee the entire revenue cycle, including patient registration, charge capture, claim submission, and payment posting.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the RCM process to improve efficiency and reduce claim denials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation tools.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as days in A/R, denial rates, and clean claim rates.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge in RCM.
- Act as the primary liaison between the RCM team and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers and payers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in medical billing, coding (ICD-10, CPT), and claim adjudication processes.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in RCM software (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage teams and stakeholder relationships.
- Certification in RCM (e.g., CRCR, CPC) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a remote or hybrid setting with a focus on results and accountability.
- Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare systems and regulations is advantageous.
