Responsibility
- Conduct thorough audits of revenue transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Identify and investigate discrepancies in financial records, providing actionable recommendations for resolution.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management with clear, data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Sales) to validate revenue recognition processes.
- Monitor internal controls and suggest improvements to mitigate financial risks.
- Assist in the development and implementation of audit procedures and best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and industry standards.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes by verifying revenue-related entries.
Qualifications
- Maximum age of 28 years old.
- Minimum education: SMK (Vocational High School), D3 (Diploma), or S1 (Bachelor’s Degree) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. All majors considered with relevant experience.
- Minimum GPA of 2.75 (on a 4.0 scale).
- At least 1 year of experience as an Admin Staff, Accounting Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and basic accounting software.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
