Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Perform account reconciliations, including bank statements, vendor accounts, and intercompany transactions.
- Process and record daily financial transactions, such as invoices, expenses, and journal entries, with high accuracy.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring deadlines are met and reports are error-free.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain and organize financial documentation, ensuring audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights for operational improvements.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role (internships included).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, GAAP, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
