Responsibility
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Process billing invoices, track payments, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing documentation and clarifications as needed.
- Monitor financial data for inconsistencies and report findings to senior accounting staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows and improve efficiency.
- Prepare financial reports and statements for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and tax compliance regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is advantageous.
