Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs through effective team coordination.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless and positive shopping experience.
- Train and mentor new staff members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Monitor stock levels, assist in merchandising, and ensure the store is visually appealing and well-organized.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Participate in promotional events, sales campaigns, and local marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and staff performance for reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or a supervisory role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems is advantageous.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
