Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of retail staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve store profitability.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Monitor and maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and product presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, inventory data, and other performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with retail KPIs, merchandising, and promotional strategies.
