Responsibility
- Assist the Store Supervisor in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with the logistics team for replenishment.
- Train and mentor new hires on company policies, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards to enhance product appeal and customer engagement.
- Assist in cashier operations, including handling transactions, refunds, and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Report operational issues, sales performance, and customer feedback to the Store Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional proficiency in Indonesian is a plus).
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is advantageous.
- Passion for health and beauty products with a customer-first mindset.
