Responsibility

  • Assist the Store Supervisor in overseeing daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving complaints professionally.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and conduct regular audits to prevent shortages or overstock.
  • Train and mentor new staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and service standards.
  • Maintain store visual merchandising, ensuring products are displayed attractively and in line with brand guidelines.
  • Assist in cashier duties, including handling transactions, processing returns, and balancing the cash register.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and POS software.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain store standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • Diploma or equivalent in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
