Responsibility
- Assist the Store Supervisor in overseeing daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and conduct regular audits to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Train and mentor new staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and service standards.
- Maintain store visual merchandising, ensuring products are displayed attractively and in line with brand guidelines.
- Assist in cashier duties, including handling transactions, processing returns, and balancing the cash register.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and POS software.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain store standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Diploma or equivalent in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
