Responsibility
- Assist the Department Supervisor in managing daily operations of the Ladies Department.
- Supervise and train sales associates to ensure high levels of customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment.
- Ensure the department is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and promoting special offers.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, returns, and inventory.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and customer preferences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail management are a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
