Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct regular store visits in Denpasar, Canggu, Ubud, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung as per the predefined itinerary.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and clients to drive sales growth.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and customer service standards.
- Identify new business opportunities and propose actionable plans to expand market reach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with marketing and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail sales, field operations, or team leadership roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools for reporting and data analysis.
- Familiarity with the Bali retail market (Denpasar, Canggu, Ubud, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to travel frequently within assigned regions (own transportation is advantageous).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
