Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of retail associates in the Grocery and Non-Food departments, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, rotation, and loss prevention to minimize shrinkage.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to enhance staff skills and productivity.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations and cross-functional collaboration.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all work areas.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and team performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and customers.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle operational challenges.
- Familiarity with retail management systems, inventory control, and POS operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
