Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by training and coaching team members on best practices.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and minimize shrinkage through effective loss prevention strategies.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and customer engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotional campaigns and drive foot traffic.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or team lead role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and team interactions.
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Retail Management is a plus.
