Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards to create an appealing and child-friendly shopping environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Implement promotional activities, sales strategies, and marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase revenue.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the store manager for performance analysis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a children's retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the retail schedule.
