Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing reports and action plans to improve KPIs.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to ensure high productivity and adherence to company standards.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently to maintain a positive brand image.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local labor laws.
- Collaborate with management to plan promotions, visual merchandising, and seasonal campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
- Proven track record of driving sales, meeting targets, and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
