In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our store, maintaining high standards of customer service, and leading our frontline staff to achieve operational goals.
As a Supervisor, you will act as the bridge between management and store associates, ensuring that merchandise is well-stocked, displays are engaging, and every customer enjoys a seamless shopping experience. Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, train, and supervise frontline staff to maintain excellent service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure effective product merchandising.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Enforce store policies regarding safety, security, and cleanliness.
- Prepare daily sales reports and monitor target achievement.
- Coordinate with management to implement promotional campaigns and seasonal layouts.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; Diploma in Retail Management or a related field is an advantage.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in a retail or supermarket environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in basic retail management software and cash handling procedures.
