Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues professionally.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Train, coach, and develop staff to enhance performance and product knowledge.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Implement company policies, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or managerial role, preferably in F&B or specialty coffee.
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and retail software.
- Passion for coffee and a commitment to maintaining brand standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
