Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the store team, ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective team motivation and strategic planning.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.
- Train, coach, and develop staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and in line with company policies.
- Conduct daily store opening/closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and reporting.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions and brand campaigns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role, preferably in fashion or footwear.
- Proven track record of driving sales and leading teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with inventory management, POS systems, and retail KPIs.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Passion for the Havaianas brand and a deep understanding of its products and values.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is a plus.
