Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of retail staff to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service.
- Monitor sales performance, set targets, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed store goals.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to foster a high-performance culture and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute promotional activities and events.
- Maintain store visual standards, including product displays, signage, and overall store presentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record in sales, customer service, and team management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with retail management systems, POS systems, and inventory tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail management are a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
