Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service and operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily outlet operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards at all times.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with the management team to execute promotional activities and marketing initiatives.
- Train, coach, and develop staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within retail, F&B, or a related industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
