As a Store Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and monitoring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across recruitment, training, promotions, finance, inventory, and daily operations. Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company SOPs and retail best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with recruitment, training, and promotional activities in alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and financial transactions to optimize store profitability.
- Conduct regular audits of store operations, including cash handling, merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with regional managers to implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and visual merchandising standards.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management, supervisory roles, or equivalent leadership positions.
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and maintain operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of retail SOPs, inventory management, and financial processes.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and POS systems.
- High attention to detail with a focus on compliance and process improvement.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store needs.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local language skills are a plus.
