Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow, inventory accuracy, and exceptional customer service.
- Analyze retail KPIs (ATV, UPT, Conversion Rates) and implement data-driven strategies to improve store performance.
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing retail team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain efficient store management systems, including POS, inventory, and staff scheduling.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with supply chain teams, and ensure product availability for smart devices and accessories.
- Handle customer escalations, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive in-store experience.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, visual merchandising, and in-store campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, and operational metrics for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail supervision or management, preferably in electronics or smart devices.
- Proven track record of improving store KPIs (ATV, UPT, Conversion) and driving sales growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to coach and develop staff.
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and inventory tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with consumer electronics, smart devices, and current market trends.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
