Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, resolving escalations and fostering a positive shopping experience.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Conduct regular staff training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand values.
- Monitor store KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, average transaction value) and implement strategies for improvement.
- Maintain store presentation standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment.
- Collaborate with the regional manager to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
- Handle cash management, opening/closing procedures, and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in retail, preferably in footwear or fashion.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting performance targets.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional Indonesian language skills are a plus).
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and inventory tools.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
