Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints with professionalism and brand alignment.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, average transaction value) and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, loss prevention protocols, and health/safety standards.
- Coordinate with HQ on stock replenishment, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Maintain store aesthetics and product presentation to reflect brand guidelines.
- Generate reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail supervision experience, preferably in fashion or luxury brands.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and MS Office.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and retail trends.
- Legal work authorization in Indonesia (or willingness to relocate).
