Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail staff, including cashiers and sales associates, to deliver outstanding service.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure accurate product displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed to maintain satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, performance metrics, and operational summaries to management.
- Implement promotional strategies and visual merchandising to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment in alignment with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and operational KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
- Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work culture.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff and customers effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and retail software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
