Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to maintain service excellence.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotional strategies and in-store marketing initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and retail best practices.
Qualifications
- Maximum age of 30 years old.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in retail supervision or management, preferably in consumer products or similar industries.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail demands.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., POS systems, inventory software).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (relocation assistance provided).
