Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, visual merchandising standards, and health & safety regulations.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to improve KPIs and customer satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and service skills.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the management team on stock replenishment, promotions, and store layouts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or managerial role, preferably in footwear or fashion.
- Proven track record of driving sales, meeting targets, and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with retail KPIs, visual merchandising, and staff training programs.
