Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of retail staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.
- Monitor daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve store profitability.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and retail standards.
- Conduct regular stock checks, manage merchandise displays, and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, performance metrics, and other administrative documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on building client relationships.
- Proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
