Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of retail associates to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily cashiering operations, including opening/closing registers, handling transactions, and resolving discrepancies.
- Manage inventory control, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention measures.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets and KPIs.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and service standards.
- Monitor store appearance, ensuring visual merchandising standards and cleanliness are maintained.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and promptly.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
- Proven track record in driving sales, managing teams, and improving operational processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with retail best practices and customer service excellence standards.
