Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure accurate product displays and merchandising.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to implement promotions, marketing campaigns, and new product launches.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving performance targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, merchandising, and retail operations.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and retail management software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
