Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing retail team to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure product availability to meet demand.
- Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to execute promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a high-volume store.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in retail management software and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with the Bali retail market is a plus.
