Responsibility

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a safe and organized store environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor stock levels, place orders, and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
  • Train and develop retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
  • Analyze sales reports and performance metrics to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership position.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
