Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a safe and organized store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
- Train and develop retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Analyze sales reports and performance metrics to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute promotional events and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and service goals.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
