Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of retail associates to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining brand standards.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in line with company guidelines.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, expenses, and operational metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role, preferably in footwear or fashion retail.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
