Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of retail associates, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging shopping experience for all customers.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and drive sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role, preferably in a department store or supermarket setting.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in inventory management, visual merchandising, and retail operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Experience with retail management software and POS systems is an advantage.
