Responsibility
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service to families and children visiting kidzooona.
- Assist with daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized play environment for children, ensuring all equipment and facilities meet safety standards.
- Engage with children and parents to create a fun, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Support promotional activities, events, and special programs to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and health/safety guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with children and families.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory counts.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak hours as required.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 10 kg, and move play equipment as needed.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a bonus.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or childcare is advantageous but not required.
