Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of sales associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, resolving escalations and fostering a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the supply chain team, and ensure product availability meets demand.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appeal and drive foot traffic.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local retail laws.
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and execute promotional campaigns and loyalty programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Passion for retail, fashion, or consumer products with a keen eye for trends and merchandising.
