Responsibility
- Assist in reviewing and evaluating concessionaire design proposals for compliance with brand standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement approved design concepts in retail spaces.
- Ensure all store layouts and visual merchandising elements align with company aesthetics and functional requirements.
- Prepare and present design recommendations, including space planning, fixtures, and signage, to stakeholders.
- Monitor the progress of store renovations or new setups, ensuring adherence to timelines and design specifications.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in retail design and space optimization.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and in-house teams to execute design projects efficiently.
- Document and archive all design approvals, revisions, and implementation plans for future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail design, space planning, or store development.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of retail merchandising principles and customer flow optimization.
- Excellent communication and project management skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
