Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a high-performing store team to achieve sales targets, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising to enhance the shopping experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local labor laws.
- Develop and implement actionable strategies to drive foot traffic, increase average transaction value, and boost profitability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, shrinkage, and customer feedback, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and corporate stakeholders to support business growth.
- Conduct regular team training and performance reviews to foster professional development and career progression.
- Handle customer escalations with professionalism and resolve issues to maintain brand reputation and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in health, beauty, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing P&L, and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Experience with inventory management systems, POS software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Passion for customer service and a deep understanding of retail trends and consumer behavior.
