Responsibility
- Assist in managing and motivating store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing reports and actionable insights to improve results.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met, creating an appealing and organized store layout.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Train and onboard new team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with the regional manager to implement promotional campaigns and in-store events.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or a supervisory role (fresh graduates with strong leadership potential are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, POS systems, and retail KPIs is a plus.
- Passion for fashion, customer service, and team leadership.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is an advantage.
