Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Develop and execute local marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and increase brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention standards.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, average transaction value) and implement data-driven improvements.
- Handle customer escalations professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the regional team to align store performance with corporate objectives.
- Conduct regular staff training to enhance product knowledge and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in sports or apparel.
- Proven ability to lead teams, meet sales goals, and improve operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in retail KPIs and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and staff.
