Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of retail staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer focus.
- Drive sales performance by implementing effective merchandising, promotional, and inventory management strategies.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, and take proactive measures to improve results.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries, handling complaints, and maintaining a welcoming and professional store environment.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering, receiving, and rotation, to minimize waste and maximize product availability.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to execute marketing campaigns, visual merchandising standards, and seasonal promotions.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and security regulations, conducting regular audits and training sessions for staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, improving operational efficiency, and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach to business.
- Proficiency in retail management software, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
