Responsibility
- Team Leadership: Build, train, and mentor a high-performing retail team to exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic, boost conversion rates, and maximize revenue.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless, premium shopping experience that aligns with brand standards and local market expectations.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs (e.g., sales per square foot, customer satisfaction) and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
- Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with marketing teams to create visually compelling displays that attract and engage customers.
- Compliance & Standards: Maintain adherence to company policies, health/safety regulations, and retail best practices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with corporate teams, vendors, and local partners to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years in retail management, preferably in high-traffic or luxury retail environments.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Sales Acumen: Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving profitability.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for delivering exceptional service and building customer loyalty.
- Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with retail POS systems, inventory management, and loss prevention.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment with diverse customer needs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
