Responsibility
- Lead and manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, and staff performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation, and brand compliance.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing retail team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock takes, and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local labor laws.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in fashion or lifestyle retail.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
