Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the boutique, ensuring smooth and efficient performance while maintaining brand standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, including promotions, visual merchandising, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or similar role in a luxury or high-end retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Experience with inventory management, visual merchandising, and retail operations.
