Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and cash handling.
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet monthly/quarterly KPIs.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering, merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and retail standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, budgets, and financial performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in electronics or consumer goods.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
