Responsibility
- Coordinate and supervise daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Liaise with vendors, drivers, and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries and pickups.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as delivery times, cost efficiency, and resource utilization.
- Resolve operational issues promptly, including delays, route deviations, or inventory discrepancies.
- Implement and enforce safety, compliance, and quality control standards across all logistics activities.
- Optimize routes and schedules to reduce costs and improve service efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and operational expenses.
- Collaborate with the central team to align field operations with strategic business goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in logistics software, MS Office (especially Excel), and basic data analysis tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
- Familiarity with Bali’s geography and local logistics networks is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as required by operational needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
